The principals of GoodLife HP have an Assets Under Management (AUM) of approximately $740 million. The two founding members of GoodLife HP have closed over $3.0 billion in transactions in their combined real estate careers.

Our close-knit team knows how to work hard and keep a creative and inviting office. We have a nimble, flexible, and clever team who know how to acquire an asset and be successful in our investment approach. When looking at deals, it doesn’t matter if it’s student, industrial, or multifamily housing, we take on a different strategy per acquisition with the same mentality to find a project with some dislocation in pricing, and create a low-cost effective value add a program to lift that asset to the market medium.
