Boulevard Square (the “Property”) is a 15,970 SF neighborhood retail center built in 1985, located at 3431 South Boulevard in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. The property sits at the heavily trafficked intersection of 33rd Street and Boulevard.

All leases are triple net (NNN), which helps mitigate operating expense risk and provides the sponsor with stable cash flow, along with the opportunity to grow revenue through rent increases. In addition, we plan to expand the property by constructing an additional 1,100 square feet to further increase revenue at the shopping center.
